After the presents were opened and while all the new gadgets were being tried out I made aebelskivers, it's like a round pancake. My mom used to make them for us while we were growing up, and we loved them, not only are they tasty, they have a fun shape. I had to go find a pan, but I found one just yesterday in Park City while I was picking up Eric from the slopes. We filled them with cream cheese and strawberries, then sprinkled them with powdered sugar, yum. The kids all loved them even Quinton. I could hardly get them on a plate before they were stuffed in someones mouth!
