Our Christmas Story...

Every year it's the same thing...that's what makes it tradition. When I set up the holiday decorations there are some things that don't change. The kitchen is the snowman room, the living room is where the Nativities are set up, and the Christmas tree and of course the stocking are hung by the fireplace. There is always a little Christmas village set up under the tree with a train that runs around it even if this year it was a little smaller because I got a late start. My boys have always loved trains, and they still love to play around the base of the Christmas tree. Then on Christmas Eve the village and the train are put away and the presents move in. I love this tradition. The boys don't miss the presents under the tree because they get to play with the train, and they are less sad at seeing the train disappear until next year because in it's place are other gifts.

This could not have been done any better! And I am so using some of the ideas for my talk!!! I'm glad to see everyone happy on Christmas. That is everyone except you and Kelly. You have children old enough to take pictures of you and Kel...hint, hint, hint.
